December 2015 – The Auburn Review & The Riverina Leader

Bikes For Kids Fundraiser

2015-12-15-AuburnReviewP5RiverinaLeaderJunior Cyclist members raised $6000 for Wagga Wagga Cycling Club and Junior Cyclist. The Wagga club was the victim of a break in at their club lockup and suffered a loss of a number of bikes specifically used for junior development.

Our fundraising efforts in the Sydney CBD were noticed by ISPT, the owners of Wagga Market Place. They generously contributed half of the $6000 raised for the clubs. The other half was raised by the JC bike-a-thon and patrons of local coffee shops including the Love Life Store and the 363 Lobby Cafe.
